On parallels 18 it runs much better. No glitches, crashes and the fps is pretty much doubled.

The fps is terrible but with Crossover 22 it got a bit better. Because it's a simulation game i think you dont need best fps so i guess it runs great. There are no game breaking glitches or crashes.
