Installs and runs. Even with the lowest settings, no anti-aliasing, and 800x600 resolution, the game is a complete slide show on my Macbook Air M1 2020. There were moments with a steady 20-25 FPS but it was often below. I would imagine a more powerful Apple computer would run this title better.
